Greetings from Belgrade!

Just spent short of 2 weeks in Belgrade, Serbia. And it turned out Alestorm were playing there on the final night. Yeah, really good idea when you gotta take a flight the next day! But of course, no way around it for a metal pirate like yours truly.

This is me and my lovely assistant on our way to the show:

Much like its neighboring Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia's a surprisingly pretty country. And like any other respectable 1.7 million inhabitant capital, Belgrade's got several sights and nice restaurants. Its location an der schönen blauen Donau, as it were, is a considerable part of the equation.

Anyway, there will probably be an article eventually, so not going into too much detail here. And as always, don't hold your breath, 'cause there's a review of aforementioned Alestorm show coming up, followed by a full coverage of this year's Jailbreak festival. Ooh-wee.
