Greetings from... a corn field in Albania!

So I'm out in the middle of jack-all. To cut down on excessive stimulation, get my head straight, and focus on piled-up tasks and reading rather than going out and exploring and getting hammered all the time.

Here's where I'm at...:

(Note that I'm saying "Krutnje"; it's actually just Krutje. Excuse me all to Hell.)

For those who might be interested, here's my "recovery regimen", if you will:

  • Daily meditation - 30 minutes
  • Daily exercise - 40-50 minutes of running + push-ups
  • Intermittent fasting – 1-2 meals per day in a 6-8 hour window
  • No alcohol
  • No sexual gratification
  • Journaling when needed

Going to Tirana next week; all of the above's probably gonna go right out the window. Well, variety is the spice of life.
